Refund Policy

Our service is backed by a refund policy which entitles you to some or all of your money back if enough disputed items are not removed. Put simply, we don’t believe you should have to pay for ineffective service. Here's how the refund policy works.

The Now My Credit Team strives to exceed the expectations of all of our Members. If you do not see results from our service or do not find our Membership informative and helpful at the end of your first 90 days a refund of Membership dues will be honored. All refunds are subject to a two-week account analysis review.

After you have been our Member for one year you are entitled to a full evaluation of the progress that has been made. Using up to date credit reports provided by you we will work with you to make sure you have reached you credit expectations. We can provide you additional on going service to ensure your continuous, correct, good credit standing. You have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain!
